The Red Sea

For this project in the Red Sea, I was brought in to create an adventure film that showcases the epic contrast between ocean and desert in Saudi Arabia. One day, we were out filming pro kite surfers, free divers, and scuba divers in crystal-clear waters, and the next, we were shredding sand dunes, mountain biking through rocky trails, and hiking insane landscapes. The goal was to capture the full spectrum of adventure this place has to offer, and trust me—having the sea and the desert as your playground makes for some unreal storytelling.
