For my project with Canon Europe, I created two unique films using the C70 cinema camera. The first is a 3-minute cinematic piece that pushes the camera to its limits, showcasing its dynamic range, color science, and overall image quality in real-world scenarios. The second is a behind-the-scenes look at my journey with Canon—from being a 12-year-old kid filming random clips to landing an official project with them. It’s a full-circle moment, and through both films, I got to show not just what the C70 can do, but also how Canon has shaped my filmmaking over the years.
